1 General Terms & Conditions

Baggo Live is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms apply to the Baggo Live website, mobile application, and all related services. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Baggo Live, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A valid NID or passport may be required as proof of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration — including your name, address, date of birth, and phone number.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Baggo Live supports a range of secure payment methods. The following rules apply to deposits:

• All deposits must be made using legitimate, personally owned funds. Betting with borrowed money is strongly discouraged.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
• Baggo Live does not charge any additional fees for payment processing — however, the mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• If suspicious payment activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Baggo Live follows a transparent and efficient process for withdrawing winnings. However, a few important conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• The required wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard accounts have a monthly withdrawal limit of ৳5,00,000.
• Baggo Live reserves the right to verify withdrawals in suspicious circumstances — this may result in a delay of 3–5 business days.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Baggo Live offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following conditions carefully before using any of these offers:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x). If the requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus money are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person or household.
• Baggo Live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus balance is displayed separately from cash balance. You can choose which balance to use for betting in your account settings.

6 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on Baggo Live:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in specific cases such as event cancellation or postponement.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Baggo Live reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. Due to network delays, bets placed at outdated odds may not be accepted.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, Baggo Live reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment where necessary.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet. These limits are negotiable for VIP and high roller members.

7 Prohibited Activities

Baggo Live is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or routing illicit funds through the platform.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Abusing promotional offers or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Baggo Live may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• As directed by the relevant regulatory authority.

If an account is closed at the member's request, the full balance will be returned (excluding any bonus balance). If closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Baggo Live is not liable for:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• In the event of a temporary service outage due to technical issues.
• Issues arising from sharing your account credentials with others.

That said, Baggo Live always makes every effort to resolve member issues and ensure fair outcomes.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms

Baggo Live reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified via email or an on-platform notification before any significant changes take effect.
• The date of any changes will be noted on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

Baggo Live believes gaming should be fun — not a source of problems. That's why we make the following tools available to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet amount for a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your gaming time and spending.
